I dropped my nephew off one morning and I noticed a heavy set dark haired staff member with a large mole on her face on her phone, ignoring the kids in the preschool room. That was a turn off. Other then that though, I think my sister did a great job picking out this place. I immediately called and complained. I hope the appropriate staff handled it.
