My granddaughter went there for a while and the first week she was there she came home with a giant egg on her forehead from falling down some stairs and there was another time she fell onto concrete stairs face first and took a piece of skin off her nose. Her nose was scrapped and bruised. She had to be bleeding with a gash like that and they never bothered contacting…
