My 19 month old grandson was enrolled this summer in the toddler program for 2 months. This center is not for someone who thinks there child might need a little extra help or observation. Our direct dealings in the toddler room staff were with Jennifer and Jamie. When a issue occurred with his behavior of biting they had directed us to take him to therapy, ironically we found out later they also owned this company.…

I came to pick him up and the teenagers/young adults watching the children were to busy on their phones they didn't even notice me taking my son and didn't call me for a hour asking if I picked him up because they couldn't find him.

Once I was getting home they said my child no longer had a spot because I didn’t pay a deposit which I had no clue about. Now I am having to look for a new child care center that everyone fills out a year in advance
