As a parent, I would never recommend Crossview to another family. The biggest reason is the complete lack of consistency. Young children need stable relationships with the adults caring for them, but that stability simply isn’t there. Under the current management, I have seen an alarming amount of turnover. To my knowledge, 16 staff members have left within the last year alone. That is not normal for a childcare…
