In March I politely pointed out some bites that broke the skin on her shoulders that they missed- and suddenly began receiving more reports of her bad behavior. But moving forward you realize its just a bunch of college kids that don't really know how to CLEAN or CARE for children. My daughter's fingers got smashed 3 or 4 times. Sick multiple times.
