Absolutely do NOT recommend this facility especially if you're a single father. My child's mother never had a problem but every time I had to interact with these people they were incredibly rude and condescending. I now have full custody of my child and pulled him from the facility. They claim since I didn't give notice I gotta continue to pay for 2 weeks. Good luck I cancelled my cards.

They were not up front and honest at the beginning about how parents are not allowed back into the facility. That should have been my first red flag. My daughter was constantly left unmonitored in the bathroom leading to medical issues even after being asked to monitor her more. She had huge red marks down her arms and would come home with…
