The only issue we had during that time was resolved very swiftly - I saw immediate effect after talking to a manager. The teachers there gave my son an excellent education - his academic progress was comparable with our friend's daughter who is 1 year older and went to a different daycare. Her teachers Jinan, Jasmine, Carla (and several others over the years) were always very welcoming & did a great job getting our daughter ready for Kindergarten. I would highly recommend J-Tots for anyone looking for childcare!
