The owner is very nice; however, the staff almost seemed inexperienced with toddlers. I was called many times at work to pick up my 3/4 year old son. It was like they didn't know how to handle melt-downs and were way to quick to call me at work for an early pick-up. He's at the YMCA now, doing incredibly well and have never gotten a phone call. Also, at Kid's Club, I heard one teacher yelling constantly at the kids.…
