This institution is lead by incompetent leadership that entirely disregards genuine Montessori practices nor provides it instructors with the respect and dignity they earn and deserve each day. The Head of School does not hold the formal Montessori training or the demeanor as prescribed by Montessori to be an instructor much less the Head of the school.…

Filed a complaint with Michigan LARA; the last principal was pretty useless - and resigned 2 months in.

My 4-year-old has been there full-time since she was a baby and has had the most amazing and caring teachers; the same is true for her little sister who is now in the infant room. I love the Montessori philosophy, as well as the community of families and teachers that make Gateway so special.
