2 of the televisions are stuck asking for a password Staff refuse to do anything even though there’s a pistons game one. They said a manager would fix it but that was a lie. Waited 45 minutes now they’re saying since it’s now 8pm I need to wait till tomorrow even though the game is on right now.
Christopher · 1/5 on Google · 6 months agoVisited the pool today and there was feces on the ledge by where people sit. Staff blew the whistle and cleared the pool for 30 minutes. A lifeguard told us this happens about once a week. That’s really concerning for sanitation and safety. I’d like to see stricter swim diaper checks, faster clean-up protocols, and clearer communication to guests when incidents happen. They need to have everyone get out of the pool…

We pay a membership fee to use this and they take the times away on the weekends when most people don’t have to work. I feel I’m paying the lifeguards to be there so they can book in a birthday and charge those people to. DON’T PLAN ON SWIMMING UNTIL 2pm every weekend. What a joke.
