When my kid goes there I can see during the day he enjoys ( they always inform via app what they do) they play, teach to activities and my kid demonstrate that he enjoys going there. My child was injured while in their care, and I was not informed until pickup. The staff admitted they chose not to notify me at the time of the incident, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
