I have been trying to reach the director of membership over a concern of mine and I’ve been ignored for a week, calling every day leaving the same message. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. When she finally answered the phone saying she’s been busy, not even an apology. Do not give your money to this place.

But then when going back for an open lap swim session. the lifeguard followed me up and down the pool and afterwards said they were nervous and that open swim was not ideal and I should do 1:1 instruction. They do different themes every week making it different for campers that go for multiple weeks. The no electronics rule here is great.. fostering play, imagination and exploration.
