The occasional parents' movie nights are a plus! If you are really keen you can watch your kids on a webcam but we've never bothered. I don't recognize the experience of the particularly negative review.

Most importantly, the direction team is not afraid to make tough personnel decisions when needed (which is a given considering the difficult child care environment they have to operate in)
