Chila or Chela i think the Director is not a consistent person to deal with she comes off as very nasty and rude. Ive dealt with her for months before and she also can be sneaky. Any issues that I have had have been rectified quickly. The 3 stars are because during pick up there seems to be a large amount of disorganization which could probably be remedied by having the children involved in an activity.
