Their staff go above and beyond on behalf of the children! And, the setting/location is so very nice. I HIGHLY recommend this preschool/child care center.

Donna and her staff have been very professional from day one. Our kids are very different and have both learned so much and been treated with so much love from the staff here. It is really a hidden gem in the Towson area. We have been treated like family and I would highly recommend PCCLC…
