We absolutely love PCCHC. All of the teachers are so friendly and work great together as a team. I leave my 1 year old every day know she is going to be so well taken care of and loved. She gets so excited walking in every morning. It’s a great family feel center. I cannot express how great all of the teachers are and how caring they are to the kids and the parents.

However, for transparency, all of these concerns were sent directly in writing on 9/5/25 in our withdrawal email. The only response we received at that time was a restatement of the two-week tuition policy and our official withdrawal date. None of the specific issues - including cleanliness concerns,…
