The duration of his time there, staff have allowed my son to run out of the facility premises on 2 occasions! My son had an injury gaged on his forehead for “flippin” this facility has failed to provide incident reports of these incidents except 1 (after me confronting). On two occasions, I have engaged in two confrontations with two separate staff…
