I have seen staff grab children by the arm and sit them down roughly. One child, who has been diagnosed with autism, was threatened with not being allowed to eat simply because he was crying. From poor communication with staff to a lack of supervision, this has been a frustrating experience. My child came home multiple times with unexplained bruises or dirty clothes, and when I asked for clarification, I was either brushed off or given vague answers.
