Unfortunately this child care wasn’t a good fit. I was recommend but family who had their children here quite a while ago and things clearly changed. My biggest issue is the customer service they provide. The “assistant director” Ms. Emilie was not truthful with general enrollment questions. Unfortunately, the center's management/administration side needs more work with handling operational issues, coming up with timely solutions to issues, and taking ownership for things they have mishandled. I'm hoping they get it together.

Who appears to be compassionate and caring but as soon as things aren’t going her way or under her control she becomes very intolerable. She has continued to receive payment from the state of Md (vouchers) even after I removed my child from the establishment. This has just been ridiculous…

The director is sweet but always scared to talk to her staff. The lady that opens the daycare every morning is very rude and Nasty. (Forgot her name, as she wasn't important to me)
