The quality of care is great until the Twos classroom. The infant and toddler teachers are great. The teachers in the twos class in building 2 are rude and cut corners. One teacher changed my child out of a pull up because of a bowel movement but did not wipe him and went on to send him home. My child had dried poop on him until we got home. The staff is kind and friendly and the management team is very open and willing to help in any capacity.
