They have very low staff turnover and work really well with parents to accommodate special needs. The kids are all happy and seem to be doing well. My kids have been there from 3 months to Kindergarten.

The staff is amazingly warm, engaged, and caring - their longevity and low turnover rates are unheard of in the industry. My sister worked here as a lead teacher for over a year and I don’t think she’d ever leave if it weren’t for relocating! My niece also attended the daycare at age 2 and loved her teachers, had so much fun, and learned a lot quickly. Definitely recommend The Shoe!
