Just find it quite weird that when my girlfriend submitted her ccrnr paperwork(twice) to them the paperwork never got submitted and resulted in the cancellation of her ccrnr. Then was not notified of the cancellation until after a week has passed with no daycare benefits. Now they are charging her for the full week and threatening legal action.
