The care takers seem to do a good job and my almost 1 year old seems to enjoy them so it’s unfortunate that the director Julie is a terrible person. They were sending our little guy home for everything so we requested a copy of the hand book to review their written procedures. We were very happy with the toddler room on 9th street until recently. There have been numerous incidents of my daughter being bitten by 2 other children.
