Hearing what families went through after reporting serious safety concerns at this daycare is deeply disturbing. Parents were reportedly assured repeatedly that “nothing happened,” while children were accused of lying instead of being protected. A place that responds to allegations this way should not be entrusted with vulnerable children.

When serious allegations were filed with DCFS and the police about a staff member, management kept the staff member in the building and did not inform parents about what was going on until the staff member had been arrested and then still kept the information provided very vague.
