We were with Creative academy since Nov '25 for our 3yo, and since Jan for our 7month old. The main concern was the director deciding to end services for our baby "effective immediately," when I showed up 2 hours early because she said the baby wasnt adapting well that day. Here are some of my honest frustrations with this daycare though just to help parents make an informed choice when picking a daycare.
