Another time My son said a kid hit him with a bucket and I called them up because I was never told anything about this and the afternoon person didn't even know about it and I didn't even get an incident report when it happened. The staff are always clear with their expectations for the kids and communicate when things happen or need attention. They’re understanding and always willing to help however they can. They love the kids like their own and my kids love them!
