I spoke with a gentleman when I first called and he was thorough and specifically mentioned it’s best I come in for a tour after drop off. I made it clear I would be there after 11:00. When I arrived that following Monday, a woman at the front desk turned me away after a 22 min drive in the rain, on my day off to do a tour. I felt pushed out and there was a lack of accountability. We were picking up our 21-month-old son. As we were led into the classroom, we were told that our child was "sitting at the table."
