We’ve always liked Ladybird, but there was a noticeable decline at the start of the year. The assistant that sits at front desk is just not warm, mildly unprofessional. Teacher in the 1 year old class was mildly careless of the children - I would pick my daughter up from care and she would be walking around with another child’s bottle. Her efforts to revamp the organization and culture of ladybird has been amazing to watch.
