She stayed with a diaper rash. Asked them to apply corn starch. They had it for 3 weeks then they tell my mom they can’t use it. So have they been using for the 3 weeks they had it?? My son told me exactly what happened and who did it. I even took a picture of his bruised and asked for questions. We had to switch our child in the middle of the VPK school year to TLC and he has been thriving, learning and very happy about going to school. Mrs Etienne and Miss Fann were so understanding and helpful with the transition.
