They did great the first 2 weeks with my baby , but the slowly started to neglect her . The diaper wasn’t changed in hours ! I asked for the registration refund , said it was not refundable. they turn the lights off almost the whole day so your baby sleeps and doesn’t bother them.instead of playing more with them…

The staff truly care for the kids as if they were their own, creating such a loving, safe, and fun environment. My children have grown so much here and always come home happy and excited to share about their day. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place!

What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spoken to the staff ahead of time to make sure they were prepared to support him during the transition.
