My experience has been very concerning, especially regarding communication and consistency. I was never informed that the pickup cutoff time was 5:30 PM, despite regularly picking up my children around 6:00 PM since March 12 without issue. But picking Smart Generation Academy was a great choice. This day care is amazing! The teachers and staff are great and loving. My two kids and I love it here!
