As a new mom, I was not familiar with outside childcare for my 2 year old and ended up having an awful experience at another facility. This facility was by far the worst I have experienced in all my years coming from a educational background and running a professional business. I have guilt and I so regret sending her there after seeing the attitude of this lady. “They yell and the kids and flick (with their finger) the kids hands and foreheads whenever they do something “wrong”.
