Several bites and while some were reported, we found several that were not. The turnover of staff is absurd. 4/5 times the cameras were always down for weeks at a time and when they were working, you could barely see anything. High teacher turnover rate , I would pick up my child and the young teachers would just be sitting down talking with their backs towards the kids. During morning drop the teacher ratio would be not always be compliant.
