First off, the professionalism is severely lacking. Some of the teachers regularly come to work smelling like cannabis, which is completely unacceptable in a childcare setting. They won’t even give your baby formula in fact they’ll put the bottle together so carelessly that the whole bottle comes apart then let her sit in it.
