I called them 9 days prior to her start date to see if there was anyway she could start sooner b/c I was so frustrated with the previous place. They were amazing. The staff is supportive and phenomenal. Whenever there was an issue with behavior we were able to work as a team at home and at school to turn the situation around. I cant say enough about the wonderful experience we have had and continue to have.
