Going into the second year, we warned the teachers that there will be an adjustment period for him. During this time, the teachers continued to double down on "bad behavior". A letter was sent out basically stating that after COVID 19 good teachers have been hard to find so the ones they have are getting worn out and they can’t afford to lose them.
