The staff are so loving, my child is happy to be there every day and you can really see how much every staff member cares for the children, from the front desk to the teachers. The communication is great and easy, the app is really helpful and I feel so at ease leaving my child at school every day. Highly recommend.

There was a serious incident involving my daughter where basic care expectations were not met, including concerns that she was not given water during the day. When I requested to review footage, I was initially shown video from the wrong date, which was both frustrating and concerning.…

My son was only 14-15 months old when he attended, and on MULTIPLE occasions he came home with bumps on his head under their care. As a parent, there is nothing more upsetting than seeing your baby hurt and feeling like the people responsible either don’t notice, don’t care, or refuse to communicate properly about it.
