Ive heard of and been involved in many situations, yes I will name them all. For one a 7 month old baby got extremely sick they wrote the times on each diaper when they change a baby and her diaper still said 9:15 am when her mother picked her up at SIX PM the baby had a fever of 107 and because she dat in her own poop all day…
