My daughter's teacher Bambina is always with a thermometer in her hand whether or not the child has symptoms to constantly tell Karla or Veronica to call parents. My daughter has told me she's constantly asking her to open her mouth to see the back of her throat.…

Most communication with the children was in Spanish, and staff refused to speak English with my child despite repeated requests.
