I have been calling for 4 days and have tried all the required and desired extensions & I have left a voicemail, still have not heard anything or been given the time of day.

Intern counselor Claire Jones repeatedly questioned my daughter about whether I had physically abused her, even after my daughter repeatedly said no. My daughter felt pressured to support an abuse theory, which made her uncomfortable and led me to canceling services. Shortly afterward, a DCF report resulted in my family’s first investigation. I…
