She has/ had 3 children in this facility, and two of those 3 in the spectrum. It’s more the phone called my friend received from them complaining about the kids behavior or they are sick, or they open the door, anything just to make an excuse and make my friend have to pick them up from. The lady who looked like a receptionist just sat there on her phone while a teacher came out to deliver a student to the parents.
