When asked, staff stated the nap mats are cleaned every other day. This was discussed and corrected when staff agreed to clean the mats daily. Ensure bottom nap mat covers are not stored touching. The children's fitted sheets were observed on the stored, folded nap mats. The nap mats were observed stacked on top of one another with the fitted sheets still on them in Classroom 1 and Classroom 2. This was discussed and corrected when the fitted sheets were removed.
