Administrator was at her desk with her husband while the three/four year oldls were sleeping in the dark behind a portable wall

Staff to Child ratio must be maintained at all times.. The Children were all on the playground together. Infants/Toddlers must be cared for in separate areas with exceptions documented in this regulation. This was discussed and corrected at the visit An unqualified staff member was alone with the one year old classroom. This was corrrected when staff were switched to maintain staff to chilfd ratio.
