Ensure that hazardous materials are labeled and stored inaccessible to children at all times. The child lock on the teachers cabinet in the four-year-old room was broken. This was corrected at the visit when the lock was replaced.

Ensure that all sinks supply hot and cold water. The handwashing sink located in the school-age classroom only produces cold water.
What parents say
Facilities need to be updated, and their is not much diversity among students and even less diversity within the staff. While friendly enough, the staff frequently reinforces stereotypes about ethnic groups that has led to problems with school age children attending after-school care. Most of the staff have not attained a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.
