Ensure the water temperature is at 120 degrees F or below. The sinks in Classroom 2 and Classroom 3 were observed at 134 degrees F and rising.
Diapering and Soiled Clothing (regulation 61U)
Ensure diapers are disposed of in a foot-activated trashcan that has been lined with a plastic bag. The diaper trashcan in Classroom 3 did not have a plastic liner and trash was observed in the trashcan. This was discussed and corrected when a plastic liner was added to the trashcan.

Ensure staff files are complete. One staff member needs CPR and first aid certification, OCCL's Health and Safety Training, and an adult abuse registry check. One staff member needs an adult abuse registry check. One staff member needs orientation and an eligibility letter from CHU.
