The owner stated she left the facility to get a phone charger. It was also disclosed that when children in the toddler room or staff need to use the restroom, one unqualified staff member is left with the children in the classroom or takes them to the restroom.

Ensure exact arrival and departure are documented on the attendance record. When the LS arrived, one staff member was entering the classroom from outside. The staff member was at the outdoor play area; this departure and arrival was not documented on the staff attendance. The owner/staff member was not in the facility when LS arrived and then entered two minutes later. The departures and arrivals of the owner/staff member were not documented.

The owner is wonderful, and you can tell she truly cares about the children and families. The daycare is always clean, well-maintained, and beautiful inside. I feel comfortable knowing my children are in a safe and loving environment. I highly recommend this daycare!

The staff here are super incredible I mean they treat the kids like family.
