Arrange or restore the Pink Classroom back to operation according to the Delacare regulation, Blue Classroom 1st on left windows need repainting, baseboard is loose, clean the vent from dust, Blue Classroom 2nd on Left paint is peeling, baseboard is loose. Remove tape residue from the walls. Send picture or video.

Ensure direct supervision of all children in care. Upon arrival at the center four children was observed leaving the Terrific Tigers, Two children entered the Lightning Lion, no staff was in the lobby or the Lion room. Two children entered the Lucky Lynx with no staff. This was corrected when a staff brought the children back to the Tiger classroom. Later, another child left the Tiger room and entered the lobby to go to a classroom with no staff present.. Another time a staff allow children to go back and forth from the Lynx room and the Tiger room. A conversation was held with staff about supervising children in the door threshold was not allowed.
