Ensure all areas are clean. Clean the vent in located in the girls bathroom in EHS Classroom #4. Ensure individual storage spaces are organized so children's belongings do not touch. The cubbies located in HS Classroom #3 were observed overcrowded causing children's personal belongings to touch.
Diapering and Soiled Clothing (regulation 61U)
Discontinue the use of the diaper genie located in EHS Classroom #4 as it is not foot activated and poses potential for cross contamination.
Changes Affecting a License (regulation 9U)
Submit a plan review and receive approval before making additions or renovations to the outdoor areas of the center. On March 19, 2026, the administrator contacted this licensing specialist via email to notify OCCL of the installation of the outdoor play equipment and synthetic turf for an infant/toddler outdoor play area. A plan review was not submitted, and approval was not received prior to completing the installation.
