Ensure working thermometers are in the kitchen and infant room refrigerators. Replace/add thermometers and maintain temperature of 41 degrees or below. Ensure food is stored to prevent spoilage. Open apple juice containers and sippy cups of juice were observed in the older one's and three's classrooms. Clean out spoiled juice and store properly.
