This was discussed and corrected when the staff member agreed not to apply anymore cream until a MAR form was signed by the guardian.

Ensure lesson plans are completed and posted. SA classroom did not hav a lesson plan, this was corrected when the lesson plan was posted in the SA classroom.
Ratios, Group Size, and Supervision (regulation 27U)
Ensure children are being directly supervised by qualified staff members. LS Smith and LS Rasin-Ben observed two unqualified staff members supervising 3 one year old's on the playground.

Any issues , problems or concerns they never would hesitate to give me or my children's father a call... Even if it was something silly...every Field Trip was fun..I love Ann and Tom ...

He then stated his father got an attorney letter which does not override a court order. He was sick and told his teacher two weeks ago and she said there was nothing she could do about it never taking his temp or…
